Her journey into law began with the pursuit of an LLB Honours from Northumbria University, Newcastle (UK) and Ms. Yuvanes further solidified her legal expertise by obtaining a Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP).
Following her academic achievements, Armed with both theoretical knowledge and practical training, she embarked on a journey to make a tangible impact in the legal profession. As the founder and Managing Partner of her firm, Ms. Yuvanes has been at the forefront of handling a diverse range of cases. From intricate corporate disputes to sensitive family matters, she approaches each case with a combination of legal acumen and empathy. Her dedication to providing comprehensive legal solutions has earned her the trust and respect of clients both locally and internationally.

With over 20 years of profound expertise in the legal domain, Ms. Marian Nisha Supaya pursued her law degree at the esteemed University of London (UOL), she embarked on her illustrious journey in the legal arena, marking a significant milestone by being admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate & Solicitor on the 19th of August 2004.
Ms. Nisha's impressive career includes working at prestigious law firms, where she gained valuable experience, honed her skills and solidified her reputation as a seasoned legal practitioner. Ms. Nisha then joined as a partner in Yuvanes Marian Partnership, specializing in conveyancing matters, Ms. Nisha has carefully handled many complex transactions, gaining valuable expertise and insight.
Besides excelling in conveyancing, Ms. Nisha is skilled in various areas of law., encompassing general litigation matters, sale of goods claims and family disputes, among others. Her skill in dealing with legal complexities is clear from her smooth management of security/loan documentation, house project matters, end financing, discharge of charge, conversion, transfer of properties, will writing, and corporate affairs.

In her early years of practice Paval has practiced in a prominent litigation firm in Kuala Lumpur where she was widely exposed to civil litigation. Paval's legal expertise spans a myriad of areas in civil litigation, showcasing her versatility in handling complex cases. From Contractual matters to Tort, Land law, Family Law, Probate & Administration of Estate, Debt Recovery, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Defamation, Administrative Law and Employment law – Paval navigates the legal landscape with finesse, consistently achieving favourable outcomes for her clients.
Gradually Paval’s passion shifted to Industrial Relations and employment related matters upon joining a boutique firm in Petaling Jaya. Personable, pragmatic and pro-active, Paval’s work style helps clients meet their objectives in a timely and straight forward manner.

Sarwitaa Pushparajah

Sarwitaa is currently undergoing her chambering at Yuvanes Marian Partnership, where she has had the opportunity to broaden her exposure to both criminal and civil litigation, as well as conveyancing matters. Through her hands-on experience assisting the firm’s legal team, she has discovered a deep passion for civil litigation, complementing her longstanding interest in criminal law.
Prior to joining Yuvanes Marian Partnership, Sarwitaa completed her legal internship at the Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) in Putrajaya, where she was involved in various aspects of litigation, legal advisory, and trial preparations. Her responsibilities included drafting legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, and assisting in court case preparations, which provided her with a solid foundation in criminal litigation and courtroom practice.
In addition to her legal training, Sarwitaa has shown strong leadership and organizational abilities, having served as Vice President of the United Nations UKM. In this role, she led and advised on initiatives focusing on human rights and public interest issues, reflecting her deep commitment to justice and advocacy.
With her growing passion for both civil and criminal litigation, exposure to conveyancing, and a strong work ethic, Sarwitaa continues to develop into a well-rounded legal practitioner.
